I would like to post a note of sincere thanks to Ray Baca, the New Mexico Livestock Board, and to Brandon Major. I along with a big team of New Mexico residents from your horse community, were able to work with the NMLB and we are all very thankful for the opportunity to rehome an unclaimed estray horse, BEFORE she went to auction! You know it is sad when you call a cattle inspector over cows that are being mistreated and not taken care of and he doesn't do anything about it. For some reason I cant post pictures to this website but if I could I would be posting the pictures of all the mistreated cows. How one of them right now is down because she prolapsed and she cannot get back up and the other prolapsed cows are on their way to the same position that the one cow is in. I think there needs to be an investigation on why they are letting these people m... read more
