3 minutes max of Alpine skiing! I walked in with joint pain and fatigue from a long workout. I popped out of the Cryotherapy "tube" and felt like I should hit the gym! Awesome! I also have a chronic immune disease that will undoubtedly help release toxins that are stored in my joints.. It's all about whole body Wellness!! Highly recommend !
LIVECryo has a very helpful staff and an awesome atmosphere. I could immediately feel the difference from other Cryotherapy spots I have gone to. It was amazing to see that it helped me with recovery from an injury almost immediately. Overall the facility is very nice & they took the time to explain every step of the way what exactly was going on.
Beyond overwhelmed and excited to have LIVECryo in town! The staff is exceptionally friendly and make you feel right at home. It was my first time trying Cryotherapy and I can proudly say I am now addicted. The relaxing, stress relieving treatment is life changing! :) Also, a huge fan of the high energy decor. Beautiful!
