I’m all about recovery, anti-aging, better sleep, more energy, burn a few calories...all of these benefits you get from Cryotherapy which is why I decided to check it out and I’m glad I did!! I have experienced all of the above and will definitely continue sessions. If you are on the fence about getting cold, it’s only 3 minutes and so worth it!
LIVEColder has a wonderful facility and staff. Every time I go, I am greeted and seen right away by their well-trained and friendly technicians. I always leave feeling like I am supported. More importantly, I love how my body can recover from random aches and pains. Once I hit 30, the reality of age kicked in, but cryo always helps me bounce back.

From the moment you walk in the staff is very, extremely nice. This caught me off guard because it is not unusual nowadays to experience poor customer service in a variety of atmospheres. The place itself is clean and inviting. The therapy and therapist was great. I felt amazing afterwards. I highly recommend this establishment from every aspect. My next session is tomorrow and I can't wait!
