Love coming to Live Colder Cryo to help my body recover during the week! I feel instant relief when I am sore and know that I am helping my body recover after working out/being active and preventing myself from getting injured. Freezing 2-3 times a week helps my body "reset" for the next day. Highly recommend a session here as the staff is always friendly and engaging in conversation while you are freezing!
This place was great the customer service was awesome I was nervous so I was talking a lot lol They made feel. Comfortable I’m not sure what I feel but I went directly to the gym afterwards..
Today was my first experience with Cryotherapy and it was fantastic! I was greeted with nothing but smiling faces and beyond exceptional customer service! Meagan kept my mind turning with great conversation during my session which ultimately created a better experience.
