Great staff, really took the time to go through stuff for my first time. I drove almost an hour for these folks. was worth it for first visit. :)
Amanda was awesome! My body was so sore walking in and I feel great, well a little chilly, walking out!
I tried my very session today and it was amazing!!! I can’t wait to go back soon!!! Everyone is super friendly and inviting!! I love they way they talked to me and help me forget how cold it was!!! I would highly recommend this place with everyone!!! I feel so amazing & full of energy! I teach 6 cycle classes a week and I feel great after Cryo 💕
This is my favorite place for ME time. I come at least twice a week & I’m ALWAYS greeted by my first name and a big smile. The ladies at this location make the experience even more enjoyable! The blue lighting & white accents make for a fresh, cool environment that’s easy to love. I would/do definitely recommend LiveColderCryo to everyone I can!
I did my first session today and omg it was cold., It was up there with doing the polar plunge back home in Rochester NY in the Middle of a snow storm. I felt great after only thing that i felt more of was the pain in my back and knee., I am hopeful with a few more sessions that it is helpful.. The staff was awesome. distracted me the whole time I was in the booth.. which was great.. excited to go again.. I also mention to my hair dresser and she is gonna try it..
I Love Cryo! The staff, & facilities at LIVEColder are awesome. I just 8 days consecutive and can’t wait to go back tomorrow again.
Great customer service and best price in the valley! Cryo has been great for managing back pain and muscle recovery.
