I want to share my honest experience after about a month of services. The therapy itself was good and I appreciated the support during my sessions, and the office staff was kind and helpful. However, I experienced two scheduling incidents in just one month that made decided to look somewhere else. I was really hopeful when I first reached out to this clinic, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I work full-time, and after discussing my schedule upfront, I was given an appointment time that worked for me. However, just a few weeks later, I was informed that my therapist would no longer be available during that time, and no effort was made to accommodate my work schedule or offer any alternative options. I had a very positive experience at Live Well Family Counseling. From my initial phone call , the young lady was very helpful and made scheduling my appointment pretty easy. I saw Kevin and I thought he was wonderful and made me feel comfortable in our session. Thank you LWFC

Great atmosphere, caring staff, and excellent therapists. I always feel heard and supported. Kevin was my therapist, and he made me feel heard and was great at listening. Highly recommend him and this office to anyone looking for quality care.
