This therapy office was a huge letdown. felt like they don’t genuinely care about the people they’re supposed to be helping. When things go wrong, they deflect instead of taking any responsibility.hostile and all about money. Therapist told me he was upset that my appointment was on the day he gets his son. Thats not on me. He refused to talk for the rest of the session. He also bite and chews in his notebook. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had the absolute worst experience here. Had a counselor who was hostile and made inappropriate comments. When i spoke up the owner called to talk down to me and demand i take down my reviews. They dont care about mental health

I want to share my honest experience after about a month of services. The therapy itself was good and I appreciated the support during my sessions, and the office staff was kind and helpful. However, I experienced two scheduling incidents in just one month that made decided to look somewhere else. The first happened when I was asked by my therapist Ryan Jordan, if I could move my appointment later the same day due to a cancellation. I was really hopeful when I first reached out to this clinic, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I work full-time, and after discussing my schedule upfront, I was given an appointment time that worked for me. However, just a few weeks later, I was informed that my therapist would no longer be available during that time, and no effort was made to accommodate my work schedule or offer any alternative options.
