So I was out of town for Thanksgiving with Family in Phenix City, AL. I dropped in to this gym for a 9am WoD! These guys are great! Very well organized class with a fun warm-up and great instruction of movements for the workout! The athletes here are nice and friendly! This gym was very welcoming! Nice facility with plenty of equipment! THANKS to this wonderful group of coaches and athletes!
Great facility and great people. I couldn't ask for a better environment from a gym!
