Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had in a gym facility. The Coach’s interaction is almost on a person to person level. Regardless of your fitness level, this is the gym for you. It’s structured, professional and family oriented. I have grown as athlete And more importantly a good person. Coaches like, James, Donita, Sam to name a few are amazing people!
I reccomend crossfit deprivation to anyone who is willing to make a life changing commitment. work hard, real the rewards! love this place and the coaches are amazing!
I love this place! The people and workouts are great! CrossFit is perfect for anyone, no matter what fitness level you are. There is always a modification to every workout or movement. I have felt so comfortable and at home here since I started! I just can’t say enough good things about it! If you’re on the fence about trying CrossFit, here’s your sign.....TRY IT!!!!! You won’t regret it!!!!
I haven’t been much of a gym person, but CrossFit has saved my life.
Love this place! Been a great place of stress relief and crossfitting improvement! It’s my home away from home. All of the coaches are top notch and amazing people, I can go to any one of them for help, both personal and crossfit. Elliot has done an amazing job creating this place into a fantastic box for athletes of all levels.

Dropped in while in Columbus on 7/28/17. Good owner, great facility, good energy. Drop-in if visiting or check them out if you’re looking for a box.
Fantastic gym with very knowledgeable coaches! I’d recommend CFD to anyone that’s looking for a gym to call their home or a great place to drop in.
