I was a bit intimated to even try Crossfit but always wanted to. But this has been the best thing I have ever done and My over all health has improved significantly! the coaches are all awesome, the support and instructions given, make sure I don't hurt myself ( I'm over 50). I've met so many great people here and this is where I will continue to get lean and strong! Come join us! NO REGRETS!

CrossFit Deprivation is a wonderful, family oriented and non-intimidating atmosphere!! The coaches provide great instructions and ensure you perform lifts and moves accurately prior to moving on!!! I saw results in my first week!!!
