Pros: - nice staff - close to campus Cons: - if your WiFi breaks u have to deal with spectrum yourself (you would think they would dead with it since your paying so much) and the WiFi breaks often - sent two different people out to fix our washer and dryer and it’s still broken (one of the times they somehow made it worse) we have sent another maintenance request which no one is responding to - very expensive (~$1000+ a month) - no free parking - front door has broken 2 or 3 times leaving me both locked out and allowing stra... read more
I had a great experience when I toured and met with the team at LiveOnHillsboro. I had a hard time finding a place that checked all my boxes because nothing felt like home when I toured. just a shitty place to get an apartment
Apartments themselves are fine, but maintenance is terrible. I sent in a request in August, only for it to be dismissed. Further, over the past 3 days I've had 2 maintenance requests ignored regarding my Internet just being completely down (and I suspect the third will be too). I love in building 104, and on move in weekend, we didn't have any way of getting into our building unless we propped the door open. It's a fine place to live it all goes right, but it likely won't.
Tim is a beast. Loved how he came in fixed my lock almost instantly.
