RecommendedTheir deli counter is the best and the staff is very knowledgeable. I also buy their chicken, veal cutlets, & minute steaks are all the best.

By providing better customer service, and hearing what your customers say. Managers should not argue with people who buy from you, to the point that the customer feels rather intimidated. I would recommend taking an occasional loss and either exchanging or refunding. If I spend money on food that is inedible, you have an obligation to make it right.
