Char and Jesse gave me the best jewelry customer service I have ever experienced. I have severe skin allergies and went in to swap a pair that I had a bad reaction to. Char helped me pick out a pair of gorgeous, white gold earrings that I can wear everyday!! They truly cared about my happiness with my purchase and did everything in their power to make sure I left satisfied. I highly recommend this store!!!!

I've been a customer here for some time now and they are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS incredibly hospital, and welcoming. I even enjoy just going in and talking with the owner. They take care of you and what ever you need. If you're looking for a jewelry/ watch store don't look anywhere else. Thank you guys for all of your help over the years

Jesse, Char & their talented staff did an amazing job recreating "dream rings" for our granddaughters from my mother & fathers' old jewelry. A beautiful experience! Their enthusiasm and creativity were outstanding. We highly recommend Littleton Jewelry.

The owner of this store is amazing. After a long back order by the manufacturer he came up with solution after solution including thinking outside the box to make me "Happy". He was super friendly and pleasant. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service at it's finest. Customer for life.

Absolutely amazing customer service, quality and care! 100% chance that I will return for any repairs and custom jewelry. I was blown away when I picked up my engagement ring which was my fiancé's grandmothers and is probably 40+ years old. Looked brand new! Support small local businesses, they are awesome!
