I came in with my aunt and the two nice lads that were in there took a look at several old watches for us, and put a new strap on one and a new battery in another as well, I live in Ireland and was here for only 2 weeks, one of the best places for customer service anywhere. I love this jewelry store. They are friendly, efficient, and they remember your name. We always went to a small jewelry/watch place when we lived in South Florida, and I’m so glad I found one here in Denver. Highly recommend for watch repair, watch batteries, and unique jewelry pieces.

This business ruined my ring!!! I went in here to get my engagement ring resized. They ruined the shape of the ring and had to fix it by adding gold [They did not own up to their mistake]. When I picked up the ring again this weekend, the band had SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE. It is also an 'oval' shape not a ring shape. I came here instead of a chain diamond store for someone to take good care of my ring and I was truly disappointed.
I got a custom engagement ring, necklace and wedding band here and I couldn’t be happier with everything. All 3 brought tears to my (now) wife’s eyes. The service was above and beyond and their suggestions brought all my ideas to life on each piece. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. They have made a customer for life!
I went with a friend to pick up a jewelry repair. She was so pleased with the results that I decided to replace some stones in a ring that I was wearing and love the results. It is a small shop but they have a beautiful selection of new and vintage jewelry and watches. A very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Jessie who called to make sure I was pleased with their work. I highly recommend Littleton Jewelry and watch!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have worked on three heirloom pieces for me and I won't take my jewelry anywhere else. Their work is second to none. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I've never been to a jewelry store that made me feel more welcome and more comfortable asking my questions than Littleton Jewelry.
