great office, great staff, great service
Great as always. Everyone is so friendly. Just not easy to get an appointment unless you schedule it a few months in advance.

As always, on the pediatric side, things were great. Hygienists are warm and personable, great with the kids and parents. Dr. Konz is great with the kids and engaging, always makes it a positive experience. Another woman came up and thanked me for a referral of a friend, which I thought was a nice touch, this review is based on Tanner's appt, not Tyler's.

Although I am satisfied with the care I receive I am very frustrated with the office staff. Treatments received over a year ago have yet to be settled. I only get cookie cutter answers from billing staff.

Everyone in the office very friendly, knowledgeble and helpful.
Very pleased with the team, but I changed dentists because I paid way more than I should have. I called the office three times to discuss my bill. As of today still no reply. I stopped by the office to speak with the office manager. After waiting twenty minutes I was told she was in a meeting and she would mail my refund. I do plan to contact the Chief Veterans Affairs to discuss my concerns. I do plan to make it known to all my Vet on Facebook your billing practices.
