My children have been going there over a year now and they love it.
Staff was a bitch. I called before going to confirm my appointment, i mention my cross streets so she also mention how they give you 15 mins if your late. I got there 5 mins late but according to her i was 25 mins late because my appointment was earlier than the time they gave me. Wtf ! I asked how was that my fault? Her awnser was "I can rescheduled but after that we won't see you again"
I used to have nothing but great things to say about Little Smiles... Until November 2016. Now I'm so upset and disgusted with their lack of customer service and empathy from the front office staff, that I've requested a referral to a new dentist. All my daughter needed was a few teeth pulled so we could continue getting her braces on... they have given me excuse after excuse and today was the final straw. These people are rude. They did not want to take the time to do my 4 year olds dental. Instead she told me to go have all his work done at the hospital.... where they will have a tube down his throat and an IV in his arm, to do the work. Then she wanted to argue with me after I said I need to talk to his pediatrician
The staff and Dentist are very professional and great with children. We highly recommend Little Smile Pediatric Dentistry for families. They made a difficult situation seamless and pleasant.
Doctor and staff are terrific!! Treat you like family!!
I loved the little arcade in the waiting room plus the art work was amazing
