I was there yesterday to have venous Doppler. When we walked in we were directed to registration where the women was on her phone with her Dr taking care of her personal business. My husband and just looked at each other wondering if she's going to hang up the phone nope she continued to finish her phone call when they put her on hold she'd ask me questions then stop when they would get back on. Went to the hospital in the early morning hours of April 30th for a ruptured eardrum and an esr infection. Staff was amazing. Everyone seemed very concerned and were more than helpful. Dr. Bryant was very thorough about listening and explaining to me what was going on. I cannot remember my nurses name but she was awesome. Made a bad night a little better knowing I went somewhere where people are actually concerned about your wellbeing. I didn't feel like a burden. Am greatful to the doctor an nurses that took good care of me
I was ordered 3 months of physical therapy for hip and knee pain by my PCP and given the information for LCMH. Their physical therapy department is fantastic. Their front desk scheduler was very polite and helpful. All the therapists were fantastic and responsive to my needs. Some hard work and excellent guidance from their (wonderful) physical therapists and I am up and moving with no issues. They finished with a great aftercare plan and I would highly recommend their services! :) thanks ladies!!

Just like most you have kind people and some not so, but my overall experience was pretty good. It was crowed and they seemed to be working hard to get people out in a timely manner.
