My daughter had 1 day surgery yesterday. When I first got there I had my 3 kids with me because I had no sitter. The lady at the front said My to kids could not go up with me they are ages 4 and 14. I told her yes they are or cancel my daughter surgery. I was never told I could not have my kids with me so she called up to 1 day surgery and they let them come up. Today on March 9, 2017 your (Little Company of Mary Hospital in general and Labor and Delivery in particular) archaic visitor policies, lack a of patient concern, and a general inability to deal with families in an understanding and respectful way, has forced a young mother who was dilated 3 cm to leave your labor and delivery ward and go to Christ Hospital. Everytime I've had to go here, every one is pleasant and the wait is minimum. It's pretty cool when a new baby is born, a lubbaby is played.
