Got a car from them but I wouldn’t recommend. It is SUCH A HASSLE to get your vehicle serviced here and they have no idea what they are doing! I had to take my car to a local mechanic that I trust very much , they found a bunch of issues and lithia is taking their sweet time to fix it while my car is under warranty . The people that sell you the car are awesome, rest of staff is not! Every time I come in they are super busy with staff just standing around talking with eachother ... ****** and the fact that the techs go home ... read more

RecommendedAs long as you are not a world class jerk, or an complete idiot, you will be totally satisfied with the service and work. They do make maximum effort to please. Never had a problem with sales or service, place is super clean, long time customer. FYI, their coffee sucks.
Service was non-existant and the attitude of indifference was disappointing. Never coming back here. I own a new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I’m fortunate I have other options for service. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I bought a used 2019 Dodge 1500 and I’m happy with our purchase however after I bought the truck and all the documents were signed I found out the truck only had one key. I wasn’t happy at all and really fought to get another key made. Overall I’m happy but I’d definitely think twice about buying another vehicle from them again.
We are very happy with the Nissan Leaf we purchased here a few days ago. Thank you Jason for your excellent customer service, and for making the process quick and easy!
