They are so rude and unprofessional . They act like they don't care . They steal your money for don't nothing. They have bad attitude and careless . Don't rent from this company. Especially the guy with name BEN he's the rudest person i ever met.
Should be zero! People in the office are very rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Other than Chris and Ben. Who always have helped me whenever possible... There's a guy named John that works in the office is one of the nastiest people you will ever interact with, no customer service skills at all and will talk to you in the rudest manner! Btw, I am not upset about the payment.... I'm fine with that, but when I try to have a dialogue with someone over the phone, I won't tolerate the disrespect and lack of professionalism!
They are rude and act as if they don’t care !!! They are very unprofessional and have very poor communication! I’m gonna report them to whoever I need to! Can’t wait to get out of this place !!! Need to train whoever answers the phone with better customer service if I could give below zero stars I would . Paying all this money for these crappy apartments!!!!!
Almost every apartment complex in my area is owned by them and I swear no matter how early or later I call it’s impossible to get in touch with them. I even drove to the leasing office and nobody answers . Very poor management. What’s the point of even having all these different numbers and ways to contact if nobody ever even gets back to you.
