If ONE person reads this and then goes elsewhere, my life will be fulfilled. These people lie, are unethical, and do not return phone calls. They do not have the staff for the amount of properties they offer. There are better folks to deal with out there. Be warned if you choose to go with them.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER! SHE LURES YOU IN WITH PROMISES OF A WONDERFUL HOME AND LOW FEES BUT THE HOMES THAT SHE SAYS ARE "COMING SOON" ARE CURRENTLY IN FORECLOSURE AND/OR HAVE JUDGEMENTS ON THEM. ONE HOME THAT SHE IS CURRENTLY RENTING OUT AS "COMING SOON" HAS A JUDGEMENT AS OF THE 21ST OF SEPTEMBER AND IS GOING TO THE FORECLOSURE AUCTION THIS MONTH. I'm in the process of moving to Ft. Myers in Oct. And I wanted to know how it is over there. I called them and they have pretty nice apartments and condos, and house for rent. I really don't want to get overcharged since I am an out-of-towner. Pleae if you can let me know some info. In reference to this realtor. And if yo have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you
Very unfair with Security Deposit. I spent a large amount of money when I moved in to one of their rentals and upon moving out got 200 out of my 925 dollar security deposit back. Things that were not fixed upon move in were charged to me. The list I made when moving in magically disappeared when asked to see it. Live and learn!!! Be careful!!
