Stay Away! Very unorganized, poorly run, little communication, and their contractors are the bottom of the barrel. There are better deals out there, so search somewhere else.

Pls..... Whom ever is reading this do not make the biggest mistake of your life involving your self with this unprofessional unhappy hood rats that work there! This people will do anything not to give you your deposit back I left the place so clean better that what it was before I moved in and I even took pictures of what it looked like before I moved in and when I moved out and still they dint care and used the most stupid excuses not to give your money back boy I hope my $850 deposit will last them for ever... Big fat joke!!! Rude, lazy, unprofessional females that do not know how to run a business. I live in one of their high $ rentals, and it has been a horrible experience. I am counting down the days i have left of my lease. That bad!! I'm serious.. No one in their office knows how to return a call. They do not care what kind of problem you may be experiencing in THEIR rental. They charge stupid fees to you, that they DO NOT stand behind. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We called and asked about renting a home. Before we could get any answers on homes available we were asked how much our monthly income is. We were told we didn't make nearly enough to even talk to Lisa about renting. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.

I called the office of Lisa the Leaser on Saturday and they told me a home they had on the website was still available and that I could come in to get the key myself and go view the home. I drove about 40 minutes to the home and arrived to see that home was not appealing on the outside. I put that aside and decided to go in the home to look anyway. There is a reason there are no good reviews. I only wish i would have read them befor using thier services. They have takien 1700 total from us already on a $675 condo that we only stayed in for two days.

They are so shady. We picked up the key (leaving copies of driver's license and we had to leave a credit card there, so it was legitimate) to look at a house (which we decided we wanted to rent) but when we got back to the office to fill out the paperwork, they had already rented the house out to someone else, right out from under us! It's like is someone was taking a car for a test drive and when they got back to the dealership, they had already sold the car you were driving! It's bad business.
