I will never use anyone else as long as I live in Lisa's region of sales. I was originally going to try and purchase a house without the use of a buyer's agent. After several requests to see houses, Lisa and one other agent were the ONLY ones who answered my calls or e-mails. Our realtor relocated out of the area, so my husband and I decided to just start on our own. I found a house we liked and requested an appointment to view the home. Jennifer was the best! We had very limited time to shop for homes but she made sure she had all the listings and appointments set up for the days we had available. She knows the area well and made the process stress free with her good nature and humor. She made sure all our questions were answered. I would highly recommend her services. I'm not using anyone else in the future.

Jennifer was very involved in the process the second we met. She worked every day to look for a home that fit our needs and did not let us settle for anything less. She knew the area and made sure to show us what it had to offer. We had a lot of questions about the home we bought and worked with the seller to ensure they all got answered. Lisa is very flexible in her approach to selling a property. In our case she dealt with some sensitive local issues, found good graphics and priced her services to get the deal done. She kept us up to date with prospect developments and liaised with our tenant to get viewings done according to prospect needs. I would avail myself of her services again and have recommended her to neighbors who have expressed an interest in selling.

Lisa was very knowledgeable, proactive and everything she told me was exactly what happened. I had a contract on my house within hours of her putting the sign in my front yard. She was with me from start to finish and i would recommend her to anyone.
