Lisa Scott is the very best Realtor in the Central Florida area! She listed and sold our home within three days and the final closing occurred within a month from the date that the Sales Contract was signed. I have since recommended her to several friends and she has provided them with "top notch" service, as well. I would suggest that if you're going to be using a local Realtor to list and sell your home and you're paying a 6% sales commission anyway....use the best that there is....use Lisa Scott. Lisa nd her team did an excellent job in marketing and selling our home. We had a verbal commit ant for the purchase within one day and were under contract for the sale of our home within four days of it being listed. The professional photographs taken of the property and the height quality of the marketing materials were key in its quick sal.

Jennifer was an absolute joy to work with! She has a very upbeat, welcoming personality. She was knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. She was never afraid to be honest when it came to questions regarding the listing price or closing costs. I knew Jennifer prior to her becoming an agent. When she helped us start our new home search I expected a casual friend relationship but she was very professional and treated us as any other client.
