Trying to sell a condo from 1000 miles away definitely has its challenges. Lisa made a difficult situation very manageable! When the buyer asked for some small repairs to be addressed, she arranged for service to be done. She then forwarded the bills to me for payment. Looking back at it all, Lisa was wonderful in all aspects of the sale. I would be remiss if I did not include her husband and children. This entire experience was amazing. The meet and great was very personable, but yet professional. Lisa and her husband were always very prepared and knowledgeable with answering all of our questions. Our house sold a lot faster than I could have ever imagined. They both were very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to make this a smooth transaction. I would recommend anyone to utilize their services. I would rate them 10 out of 10.
