My first visit to get established was wonderful. Dr. Hart-Patton was engaged and compassionate. She was patient with my questions, taking time to answer thoroughly. Her staff from front desk, to nurse, to lab and assistants were professional and kind. It's clear the work environment is conducive to an overall positive patient experience. Highly recommend.
She diagnosed me with COPD. I rode a bicycle to my appointments. She just didn't like having to treat an old white man. How can she be trusted to have your best health in mind. She just used the medication to keep me coming back. Rather like a drug dealer.
My last visit and my first to my PCP, Dr Lisa Hart-Patton, upon returning to Signal Mountain after 2 years living in distant Brentwood, was a most pleasant reunion. The occasion was best described as being with an old friend, and a Doctor at that. My fears she had move up and away were assuaged in a moment.
The staff at my PCP's office, Dr Lisa Hart Patton have always been very pleasant and competent. Dr Hart never appears rushed or in a bad mood and always listens carefully to your issues.
I had 3 appointments with Dr. Hart-Patton before I switched doctors. I thought she was cold and unfriendly each time.
