BEWARE... if you’re looking for a caring, trustworthy doctor who upholds the Hippocratic oath, this probably isn’t the office for you. When I was looking for a PCP, I read a lot of stellar reviews on Dr Freedman. I’m not going to question the validity of those reviews, but it was definitely a far cry from my experience. First of all, it was a long wait and I was pretty much just seen by an intern. But the worst part was, I went in for a routine physical exam and found out from my insurance that
Horrible,horrible experience!!! Long wait and very unprofessional service. I overheard how she talks to her nurses and she was very rude and the tone she used was disrespectful. Waited for an hour to have only a minute time with a doctor. She tried to charge for the annual check up visit when it was fully covered by insurance and you leave with a feeling that she wants to charge you for everything she can. Please stay away and I don’t think all 5 states reviews are real ones.
She is a good a diagnostician and spends a lot of time with patients. She really listens and cares, thinks outside the box. She is genuine and returns patient's calls. I am happy that found her after many years looking for a primary care physician.
My son and I have been a patient of Dr. Freedman for over a year. I have been looking for a doctor who has a holistic and alternative approach and we found her. Dr. Freedman is very friendly and personable, and we are lucky to have a caring doctor like her. We always feel welcome in her office by her and her friendly staff. She has been helping us with our thyroid issues and most importantly, we were given the option of choosing a natural supplement versus a medication. Highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freedmans for almost 20 years and in that time she has helped me through numerous issues, some chronic. Dr. Freedman takes the time to listen, is very attentive and insures that she has a full understanding of your concerns. She is a very good doctor has always treated me with care and respect.
Dr. Freedman and her staff are highly unprofessional. I have had a traditional GP Dr for the last few years and was excited that my insurance would cover a Holistic Dr as my GP, so I switched to her. I've never left a Drs office in the middle of meeting with a Dr, but she was so unprofessional and condescending that it was clearly not the right practice for me. I would not recommend Dr. Freedman to anyone.
