courteous and efficient. actually listens to and includes patient input in evaluations and diagnosis. treats the patient as a living breathing person, not like a time slot to be shotgunned,and move on.
Dr Freedman is the BIGGEST advocate for her patients. She helps with insurance, referrals and all issues for her patients well being.
This doctor is awful, all she cares about is how to get your money, period. She's rude and miserable. She treats the office staff horribly and talks to people like they're stupid.
She is only interested in her own agenda and pushes medications and testing which she very likely gets a % of. She is unreachable when you have a problem...and won't call you back without charging you. Office staff amongst the worst I've ever seen, so rude and office in the basement/garage of her house.
Dr. Freedman always goes out of her way to help fit me in her schedule. She works efficiently and quickly! She always greets patients with a smile on her face and does her best to help with any questions or concerns.
I like Dr. Freedman because she practices Medicine with a broad knowledge of both traditional and holistic medicine. She explores the root of your complaints/symptoms rather than just medicating you or referring you to another Dr. She goes above and beyond i.e. She spent an hr on the phone with my insurance co. trying to get a test approved. As an RN with 20+ years experience of working with doctors, this is truly rare! She is an excellent, caring doctor!
Dr Freedman is very caring and thorough. If you want to get to the root of any medical problem you are having she is the person to go to. She takes her time with you and you don't feel rushed. She listens and understands everything you say. I've recommended her to my friends and family!!
Delighted and very thankful she gave me a natural supplement to lower blood pressure. Now I'm down to just one prescription med! I appreciate that fact that she takes my concerns into consideration, and works with me.
Here is what you get with Dr Freedman: A curt, unfriendly woman who simply reads your lab reports from the computer print out without asking you about your symptoms or how what the results show relate to life/life style. There is nothing integrative about her practice - it's a factory. Blood work goes out, she reads from the print out and tells you do to what the print out says.
