It took 2 visits and my anxiety of 20 plus years was gone. Dr. Freedman knows exactly what she's doing and is quick and direct
Dr. Freedman must be very selective when it comes to those whom she treats! The reviews are so mixed ....and they seriously makes me wonder why???? ...since my experience unfortunately was truly horrible! She is so robotic and showed no interest at all in this visit! She was very rude and blatantly ignored my questions. She blamed 'law and policy' on why she couldn't give me her professional opinion on specific things !!!! The visit was my first and last!
I have had the worst experience ever with Dr. Freedman. She's extremely rude, and expresses very little care towards her patients. I do NOT recommend her. She seems to only care about the money and treated me EXTREMELY POORLY after I was told my insurance didn't cover my visit with her. I am now left with a $275 bill for nothing. For having been treated like dirt. She's very unprofessional and it's clear she's a miserable human being.
Dr Freedman has been my primary for several years. She is supportive, caring, and maintains up to date research for all of her patients needs. She is a top notch doctor all the way.
She is in the wrong field. I'm sick at how she treats her interns/staff. No respect for anyone. Doesn't listen and doesn't read patient history before each appointment. I only saw her 3 times but she didn't even know she had asked me to come back. Overall horrible experience. You can find someone much better and without the attitude.
She is impatient and not courteous. Doesn't bother to hear the health issues completely. Charges too much of money.

When I first saw Dr. Freedman, my TSH score was 4.4. My immediate family has a history of hypothyroidism and it looked like I was going to have to take thyroid medication for the rest of my life. Another Dr. claimed that I would not be able to get this issue under control without medication. Thanks to some major encouragement from Dr. Freedman, and some dietary alterations, I was able to get my TSH down to 2.2 in less than 3 months. Worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. She is rude to her staff and patients. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen only to be rushed out without her explaining my treatment options. I would not recommend her.
