I got VIP treatment on my first visit. I have no doubt Dr. Freedman has mad medical skills, and she led me through treatment that effectively eliminated my distressing IBS symptoms. The drawback is the environment and her interactions with staff can feel tense as she is the sole office manager. .
Dr. Freedman is a wonderful doctor. I’ve worked with her and seen her treat her patients with utmost dedication. She gives them her attention and addresses their concerns. Her holistic approach has helped so many patients that I have seen with her. Would definitely recommend her to my friends.
New to the area, we sought a doctor for our tired college freshman. On our first visit, Dr Freedman suspected mono and sent us to get labs that day. She was able to diagnose her with in a few days and set her on a tract to recovery. Thankful we were lucky to find a kind, compassionate doctor nearby.
Fantastic doctor with great bedside manner
Dr. Freedman is a terrible person, let alone doctor. She berates her employees in front of the patients, does not listen to her patients concerns, and seems to only care about the money. Clearly has 'favorites' of her patients, who I can tell she asks to write her positive reviews. I witnessed her screaming at an employee who had done nothing wrong, she didn't even pull them out into another room before going off on them. Left my appointment feeling disgusted. Do NOT recommend Dr. Freedman. STAY AWAY!!!
