Don’t make an appointment at this salon. They are irresponsible. I asked for an appointment with anticipation, and they accepted it. I went on the day of my appointment, and they were closed. I called, and there was no answer.

I called to make an appointment. The person answered in Spanish, which is common in Miami, however I do not speak Spanish well and as soon as I asked if she spoke English she rudely hung on me. I tried to call back and they would not even answer. Unbelievable! Llamé para hacer una cita. La persona contestó en español, lo cual es común en Miami, pero como no hablo español con fluidez le pregunté si hablaba inglés y me colgó. Intenté volver a llamar y ya no contestaron. ¡Increíble!
