horrible experience! black mold in condo and ac not working!
The condo we rented was disappointing. The bathtub in the master bathroom was inoperable, carpet in the unit (including the bathrooms) was dirty, the tile flooring was cracked in multiple locations. When we arrived the kitchen sink was filthy and we quickly realized it was due to a clogged drain as the sink backed up a couple of times. My family checked into Tidewater 702 that is managed by Liquid Life on 7/14/2024. I spoke with the Owner of Liquid Life, Randy Hall, before the reservation and he assured me that their properties were top rate and very clean. Upon check-in we found the unit was like a worn out beach house that has been poorly maintained. It was not top rate. I have pictures to backup what I claim. I used this company and got burned. Would not recommend. Beware.
Worst experience ever. Called in February to reserve a place in June. Paid IN FULL up front. Weeks before trip, I get an email saying I owe more money. I called and they told me that they have a new system and my reservation was booked in one system, but not the new other...? The lady just sat there. I was dumbfounded. Said i had a few options, like a place across the street from the beach and one that is on the beach, but would cost me thousands more... No concerns of making things right. Unbelievable. Horrible experience with this company. February 2024, booked and paid for everything up front for a reservation in late June. I get an email weeks before trip telling me i owed them money. I called and they told me there was a mix up with their new system and it didn't get booked...? Liquid Life Rental company in Orange Beach AL is the most horrible, unethical and rude leasing company I have ever encountered. On my drive to the secured rental they informed me that the condo I rented was water damaged from a sprinkler and refused to refund me my money. They demanded that I was placed in another unit. Absolutely horrific attitude and customer service from manager Anita. I highly suggest NOT doing business with this company as they have no compassion or take any responsibility for their properties owners actions. I made a reservation for a condo through liquid life rental properties, Jan 2022. I paid my deposit and the final balance at 45 days before our day.
