1201 Tidewater 9-21-24 to 9-30-24 Liquid Life Manager, 1) Mold in clothes washer. 2) Master bath tub, drain does not drain. 3) The third bath room tub does not drain. 4) Master bedroom vent, in the bathroom is not working. 5) No batteries in the master bedroom remote control. 6) Toaster, broken coil on the left side sticking out. 7) Wi-Fi slow and keeps cutting out. 8) TVs keep cutting out. 9) Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom not working. 10) Door code does not work, had to call maintenance. 11) Swimming pool, cloudy and dirt... read more

My family checked into Tidewater 702 that is managed by Liquid Life on 7/14/2024. I spoke with the Owner of Liquid Life, Randy Hall, before the reservation and he assured me that their properties were top rate and very clean. Upon check-in we found the unit was like a worn out beach house that has been poorly maintained. It was not top rate. I have pictures to backup what I claim. Worst experience ever. Called in February to reserve a place in June. Paid IN FULL up front. Weeks before trip, I get an email saying I owe more money. I called and they told me that they have a new system and my reservation was booked in one system, but not the new other...? The lady just sat there. I was dumbfounded. Said i had a few options, like a place across the street from the beach and one that is on the beach, but would cost me thousands more... No concerns of making things right. Unbelievable. Horrible experience with this company. February 2024, booked and paid for everything up front for a reservation in late June. I get an email weeks before trip telling me i owed them money. I called and they told me there was a mix up with their new system and it didn't get booked...? So they were going to have me stay at a completely difference place and withdraw more money without ever contacting me! The rep was rude. Just sat there like "too bad". Did not try to make it right. Liquid Life Rental company in Orange Beach AL is the most horrible, unethical and rude leasing company I have ever encountered. On my drive to the secured rental they informed me that the condo I rented was water damaged from a sprinkler and refused to refund me my money. They demanded that I was placed in another unit. The unit they placed me in did not have a working heating unit and it was 20 degrees outside. Absolutely horrific attitude and customer service from manager Anita. I highly suggest NOT doing business with this company as they have no compassion or take any responsibility for their properties owners actions. I made a reservation for a condo through liquid life rental properties, Jan 2022. I paid my deposit and the final balance at 45 days before our day. I am amazed that Liquid Life wants my evaluation. I would never work with Liquid Life for a rental again. I checked into my condo at the Island Royale on December 28. The bedroom carpet was wet, but I thought it had just been cleaned. Each day the carpet got wetter. I called Liquid Life. The sent workmen four different times when I called: one brought a fan, one lifted up the carpet, they couldn’t find the leak. Liquid Life said it was the Association’s problem.
