This company will steal or attempt to steal clients from you once you’ve disposed your manifest at their site, gaining the customer’s info from your manifest, I’m currently dealing with a situation as an owner. Toxic Culture and Poor Leadership This company suffers from deeply flawed management, from the VP of Operations down to local branch leadership. There is a clear lack of accountability and concern for employee well-being.
