Toxic Culture and Poor Leadership This company suffers from deeply flawed management, from the VP of Operations down to local branch leadership. There is a clear lack of accountability and concern for employee well-being. Work anywhere else, the facility is in utter disrepair. Simply walking around there is a health hazard, the corporate office denied every plea we made for help. This is the single most hazardous and filthy facility I've ever been inside of, employee safety and quality of life was constantly made clear to not be a priority or even an afterthought. All of the people here are very friendly including the drivers, operators and lab technician's. Sometimes there can be delays, but they do their best.
