This man blew my mind. He helped my seasonal allergies. Incredible.
I was referred to this doctor. Oh my gosh what a doctor. Doesn’t review history and won’t listen if I am trying to tell him something. He walks in every visit (3) that I had with him and asking me why I was there. He started me on a medicine which on day 3 developed petechi over my legs and arms and a few other areas. He didn’t believe me and told me to continue this med until we get insurance approval. I was on this medication by samples he gave me…it worked for my hives but my insurance won’t pay. Today was my first time seeing Dr Bonini. It started well and I had good hope. I explained my symptoms and he had a plan set up consisting of testing and possible treatments. The conversation deviated a bit when I told him I was from Haiti. He made a comment and that exact time, it didn't dawn on me but I knew something was not right because I kept thinking about it. I've been a patient of his for 10 years. He's very passionate about his patients and his beliefs for his practice. Sometimes his passion can be mistaken (he has that old school Italian personality), but he really cares and he hears you whether you think he does or not. Though we have not always seen eye to eye on some things, he really does have a big heart and empathetic. His staff is also super sweet and caring as well.
