Richard was very helpful with choice of flooring when I ran into a wall and he was very patient! Once the choice was made he moved right along. I am pleased with the result and time it took to get the project done. He was in constant contact and very quick to answer any questions I had.
Rich is a very hard worker. He was very good at communicating any changes or problems he ran into. He texted me pictures to show where some flooring was uneven, and gave me 3 options to fix it so he could continue my project and install the laminate flooring. He also either texted me each day with what time he was coming over and or he told me before he left for the day.
