Great tour guide & very knowledgeable; super interesting; VERY friendly staff - everyone we encountered made eye contact & spoke to us. Also, gift shop items range from 75 cents for a rock candy on a stick up to $850 for a solid stone pedestal - something for anyone!! If you can't find a gift/souvenir/memento, you're the problem, not the gift shop. Will definitely return!!

Today we visited Linville Caverns to go see the cavern it was nice place to visit also if you go you must get there really early to get your ticket I would recommend you getting there by 10 am because it’s a first come first serve type of deal for tickets I would give the cavern a 10 but they have some work on the shop part for customers service as I would give them a 6 on friendliness. This is worth the drive. And money to go here the tour guide does a great job and provides a lot of information and is kid friendly as well.... read more

10/10 recommend! I dropped my phone in what they called a bottomless stream, these nice people did everything they could to try and save it! They stuck their hand in the freezing cold water just to try to get my phone from the ledge, I will forever be grateful to them! Great people and a great cave!
