It was a rainy day on the Blue Ridge Parkway so we decided to enjoy the cavern. We were not disappointed. Beautiful and very interesting!
It was a very interesting and worthwhile tour. Tour guide was the bomb! We encourage you to go!
Awesome experience and our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the caverns. Well definitely be back
It's definitely worth it to go just to step into such a natural wonder itself however don't expect to enjoy it on your own. The tour is basically "get in, get out" and leaves little to no time to explore much of the many amazing nooks and crannies. It's lit just enough but you are not allowed a flashlight (other than the one the tour guide uses to point things out) so you miss a lot.
