Ysa was excellent in helping me get ONLY what I needed and didn't upsell me at all. I went in on Saturday and of course it was busy like it was a weekday. If the owner was worried about customers then he should of helped customers as needed. He was like a stalker! I was looking for a nice frame and of course someone else liked it too. Lord forbid that theirs more than one pair out. Couldn't find it again except in the other ladies hand. Great selection of frames! Staff is excellent...especially Jessica! She was very helpful with selection and pricing. These will be my 4th pair of eyeglasses from here in 12 years. Will always come back! You get what you pay for.
Had a great experience with my dental hygienist kind and no pain really knew what she was doing
I personally love all the staff. The desk clerks are always ready to help you as well as pleasant and courteous. (on and off the phone). the Dr's listen to my concerns and make suggestions and adjustments as needed. And the optical Staff (especially John) are always so patient pulling out as many different frames as I want to make sure I get a pair I love. Im never forced to get extras if I don't want it and If I have questions they always get me an answer. Love this place and suggest it to everyone
