Went for my first visit today for contact exam. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone from the front desk to the physician was very helpful and professional . I was very impressed. I've worked for a eye doctor for 8 years so I know how it works. Thank you Linsey Eyecare I'll sure recommend you to everyone I know.
Disappointing experience. They don’t seem to train their staff on how to adjust frames. It took me less than 10 minutes to find a YouTube video with instructions, then fix them myself. My husband and I both had our exams here and then bought two pairs of glasses each. The woman who helped us was awesome and the store has a large selection. When I went to pick up the glasses, one pair was great. The second pair – plastic frames – was way too loose. Excellent staff. Helped me navigate through my insurance. Always take the time to hear my concerns. I have been going here for years.
The best dental care in berks county ! We love Dr Sandra Edelman , she is so gentle and caring in her dental work ....always understanding and willing to give you options on what to do to take care of your teeth !
My daughter had an eye doctor appointment on 12/5/2017. When it was time to pick out the frames, Keisha told us what our choices were, and the associated costs. My daughter picked her two frames out, that were exactly what Keisha told us - red tag or yellow tags. (I assumed she knew what she was doing, as she was the same woman who helped us with glasses last year) She said the red tags were an extra $15. I am not talking about the eye specialist...i went today at 7pm and i needed a new pair of glasses mine broke today. .well the representative was really rude ..complaining each time i ask to see a pair of glasses because stupids have to look up the actual prices ...i was looking for my price range and she was like telling the other representative no she dont wanna pay she wants cheap glasses ..she was rolling her eyes ..talking back ..so i found a pair and she said if i pay now i get them the next day ..well thats not true e... read more
My first appointment was great. They really took their time and explained everything to me. I was impressed. I was told it could take a few weeks for my glasses to come in. About 5 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I called them. My voicemail was full for a couple hours 3 weeks ago and that's when they called me. They never tried again.
