Completely unprofessional! My dad purchased glasses and the warranty isn’t up until September, but they refuse to replace his glasses because they broke before. Obviously their merchandise is crappy if the frames keep breaking and they are refusing to honor the warranty. Then the workers have the audacity to laugh at my dad! I will definitely be in there in the week to find out who is above the manager as she stood there and let her employees laugh at a customer!

I'm sorry I ever worked here, this place is ridiculous! There was no designated trainer, if you got help you were lucky! I started working there in January and it was a dog eat dog training experience. When I started I was in training for a week, then I had a vacation worth 2 thousand plus dollars so I wasn't not going to go on our cruise vacation that my other half and I paid that much money for. They have no idea how to measure for your lenses and don’t want to listen to you when you try to tell them what is wrong. All they try and do is bend the frames to fix there mistake. My glasses were worse after they tried adjusting them then when I walked in.
My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and love the service and selection. Everyone is friendly and patient, from the front office staff to the doctors. Their prices are reasonable, and to be honest, very competitive in comparison to other optical shops. We get our contacts and glasses here, and have never had an issue, and they work with our insurance too. They are always happy to have you come back if you need adjustments or anything else. Highly recommended!
Very very disappointed with the dental service end of this operation.I had several fillings taken care of at the end of May. I complained that something didn’t feel right with my bite when the dentist finished doing the work. She explained that it was probably just from the Novocaine, but told me that if I experience any discomfort in the future, that I could stop in and she could grind off any excess filling material. Horrible, horrible customer service! Run away as fast as you can! I paid $800 for a pair of progressive lenses and a pair of sun glasses. My everyday glasses have not been correct since I picked them up. I have gone back quite a few times to have them adjusted and I STILL cannot see out of my glasses properly. Instead of taking responsibility and listening to my concerns , the staff at Linsey Eyecare just give me deep Sighs and eye rolls. Friendly staff! Quick and painless, even on the wallet
Deceptive advertising, misinformed, and lesson definitely learned as I will not return!! In a rush to try and get new glasses before a trip I stopped in on 5/5 to get glasses and contacts. The signs in the display case stated 50% off. I didn’t notice the full charge on my bill until after I paid and a few days later when I realized it seemed higher than my typical bills at other optometrists.
