I am a new tenant with Linneman. So far they have been wonderful and so accommodating. Looking forward to moving into our house.
Went in today to view a few properties with Linneman and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! Sadly I'm horrible with names ( I think Sandra she said) but I'll remember her face! She helped me out tremendously and I am proud to say I secured a rental with a deposit! I am very excited to continue with this property management company and enjoyed my experience just from this one visit! I have already recommended several over to them!

I have been using Property Management professionals for over 3 decades. I can say without reservation, that this organization has performed leaps and bounds over any organization I have dealt with. As far as I am concerned, they have set the bar at an impassable height.
I have worked with the awesome folks at Linnemann Realty for 5 + years now and it has been an awesome experience. Two ladies I would like to single out for their quick responses and attentiveness to looking out for my properties over the years are Sandra Schnug and Letitia Worthington. These ladies, among all the crew at Linnemann have really taken care of my and I just want to say "Thanks!"
