I wish I could duplicate these guys across the country. As a property owner in different parts of TX and GA, property management has been my true struggle that started in 2016, These guys do quarterly inspections, work well with home warranty companies, are ethical and dont try to nickel and dime you for repairs. These guys are simply the best.
I've been working with Carol in maintenance over a few things on our house, and especially this last experience, she has gone above the call of duty! It's not easy to own a house and live in a different state. When we first hired a property management company it was a nightmare, and that company ended up getting black listed by the Army. Linnemann over took that company and I figured 'here we go again', but really they've been great.
Linnemann Realty I must say you guys are awesome. My husband and I really love the fact that they were the only company that got us approved for a house in just a few days when we first moved to Killeen. They come quick when I call. I like quick. I appreciate y'all.
I’ve been a tenant w Linnemann for ovr 15 yrs n I absolutely love n appreciate for all they done. I couldn’t see goin somewhere else. They helped n worked w me w my situation so I refuse to move n the hassle of packin . I grew up in the area where i reside so Im comfortable w my surroundings n neighbors.
