DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. They will screw you when you move out. I rented a duplex through Linnemann for about 9 months until my husband received orders for us to PCS. It was a lovely home and I had no issues until it came time for us to move. Upon moving out you go through the typical move out inspection. Heads up for anyone getting ready to move out through this company, DO NOT listen to the move out inspector, they will lie right to your face.
