Our property was in management for about 3 years. Things did not always go as planned and we had some bumps, but the staff always did their best to make things right. Our property sold a few months ago and obviously they were still trying to collect past balances because we got a very nice surprise deposit in our account this week - yay! They could have easily just forgotten about us - very nice surprise! Thanks Sandra!

Linnemann Realty is simply AWESOME! They have managed our duplex for over 15 years and have taken such good care of our duplex and our tenants! We feel like they are like family to us. Sandra has done such a great job communicating with us on any issues that come up. We love how they are prompt, courteous, and on top of things. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!!!
I am only giving this company 2 stars because we had a wonderful experience with our move out. The woman that worked with us helped us set all of our appointments, she even let the cleaners in when we weren’t able to due to being out of town. She communicated with me daily and we ended up receiving about 90% of our deposit back. But the rest of our experiences were terrible. While my husband was deployed and i was pregnant i put in work orders that were never answered, ultimately having to find someone myself to fix them. We... read more
