Prices are affordable. The staff is very nice. I love the online options. The inspector they sent out named Lamar was very helpful during inspections and was very professional informing me about things that needed repair. The staff is always happy and in a good mood when i call.
Linnemann Realty manages several of my properties. They always take great care to find tenants and taking care of issues that come up. They ensure the tenants are taken care of and the owner’s property is cared for properly. Rachael Rodriguez at Linnemann is the manager of all my properties and will not go to anyone else.
The staff was very friendly. I called in with some questions and spoke with Rachael, poor thing I talked her ear off with so many questions and concerns. She answered them with no issues. Rachael is very communicative, patient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call on this company again and recommend them. Thank you Rachael and the Linnemann Company, for the help and pointing me in the right direction towards achieving my goal!!
