RecommendedI would just like to take the time out and say how I really enjoy renting from Linnemann. I had my 6 month walk thru and it was great. Mr. Lamar Smith was excellent he was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was very professional and pleasant to speak to. I would just like to thank him for the awesome job that he did.
We have been so pleased since we started working with Linnemann Realty. They have gone above & beyond in all that they do. Thank you Becky, Carol & all of the staff there for preparing, renting & looking after our property. It gives us peace of mind knowing that it is being so well cared for. I love the house we live in & how nice the staff is most of the time, BUT if you have a maintenance issue they obviously don’t give a sh*t. I get there are regulations, but it’s 85 degrees in my house right now & I have a 2 year old that is literally sweating so bad. Obviously our comfort isn’t a priority to them. Get with a rental company that actually cares about the important issues & not how good they look in other areas. ��
