Lamar and the maintenance dept is awesome. I wish my duplex was in his zone so i can be inspected every 6 months by his. Attention to detail is what matters and he has that all the way.
It has been such a great experience dealing with Linnemann Realty. Everybody in the office is very professional and treated me with the best respect. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone because they are the best!!

It has been such a great experience dealing with Linnemann Realty. We rented one of their property for almost 3 years and have never had any issues. Moving in from my other duty station was a breeze and moving out was even easier. Lamar did our move out inspection and was very prompt and thorough. He also gave me the opportunity to put in a light bulb that went had went out instead of just listing it on the inspection.
Renee conducted my first occupied tenant walk-through inspection today. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain to me the next steps I had to take to have my concerns put to rest. Not only do I have the upmost respect for Renee, but I have a newfound respect for Linnemann Realty! Thank you, Renee!
