Golf simulator I had booked for 7/7 got canceled 24 hours before because of “two blown tires”. I was informed I would get a full refund of my $648, but it’s been 2 1/2 weeks with no return and I’ve been ghosted…
Simulator didn’t work staff was rude.
Went once to the simulator and was completely satisfied with our experience. Booked a simulator on Sunday at noon. Upon arriving in Niagara Falls there was crazy traffic in town for the Eclipse the next day. When I finally got to the parking lot they were charging $25 to park. Upon seeing this I called the phone number on the reservation email. After 8 different calls over the next 2 hours, no one ever answered the phone.
