The complex is very nice, the scenery is beautiful and they have lots of amenities. Very well priced for such a nice place. We just signed our lease and are very excited to move in!!
Beautiful scenery and the renovated apartments are very impressive. Melissa was very helpful from the beginning.
My relationship currently long distance and getting an apartment has been sometimes very stressful. But Naomi was beyond helpful and made it super easy for us to get everything done very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
Do yourself a favor...DON'T THINK ABOUT LIVING AT LINKHORN BAY APARTMENTS! 1) Run down 2) Dirty 3) Maintenance won't fix anything 4) Staff is rude and just care about you rent check 5) They'll steal your security deposit and charge for normal wear and tear - like $400 for carpet.
Doesnt even rate 1 star! I have, COUNT THEM, 14 work orders for the same issue... water leaking from upstairs through my bathroom vent since MAY. For reference, I live on the 2nd floor....I have heard everything from "your neighbors have been asked to use a shower curtain repeatedly" to (my new favorite) "it has to be because of the rain". Really? First of all, THOSE neighbors moved out 2 months ago - still an issue?! And the last two calls I've placed... it was a beautiful day, no rain in sight.
