Scott and Chris the PRG maintenance guys are amazing! Both responded within 45minutes to maintenance emergencies late Sat night and early Sunday morning and got the job done fast. Thank you!
i have lived here two years and I have another year left on my lease. I have various maintenance issues that have always been fixed in 24 hours including an emergency issue from the vacant apartment below me at 10 pm. I have never experienced any type of insect or vermin problem while living here. i have seen roaches 3 times in the breezeway and the area was sprayed within the week. The staff onsite including leasing staff and maintenance workers are very nice. There is access to the linkhorn bay and several other lakes/pond... read more
The apartments have roaches They charge you for so many frees to move in and when you move out they want to charge you for more The AC are old and they don’t want to replace it I won’t recommend this place to anybody

Constant Plumbing and AC problems. Insect problems ! Illegal rental practices. They are also being sued by the Defense Dept(Again)Don’t be fooled by this overpriced fraudulent company!!
Hammering against are walls for construction at 7:20 a m yesterday with no warning whatsoever. Today hammering and music blasting at 8:30 this morning on a holiday weekend. Not Okay.
