I see the Dr. every six months for my check up. I subjected my skin to extreme sun rays for many many years. Dr Ackerman is one of the best.
Dr. Ackerman made sure I didn’t have to overpay for my prescription saving me over $100!! She is simply The Best!
I personally am a medical healthcare professional (33+ years) and hold myself to an almost unrealistic level of competency and care. She was very kind, attentive to my questions, and I left feeling optimistic. I've dealt with my fair share of doctors and I rarely feel as listened to as I did in our visit.
Dr. Ackerman is an amazing doctor and person, from her personable nature and bedside manner, to her incredible skill. She treats her patients as real people and not just another number. She's been treating me for years now, keeping me skin cancer free. I have been going to Dr Ackerman for several years and I'm always impressed with the first rate care I receive. She and her staff always prove to be knowledgeable and willing to answer questions (without a lot of jargon). The time Dr Ackerman takes and her engaging manner suggests that she truly cares for her patients. It is for these reasons I trust her and will keep coming back - not a decision I make lightly as I have a history of skin cancer.
I have been seeing Dr. Ackerman for quite a few years now. She is very professional in her manner but at the same time, makes you feel comfortable. She listens to your questions and always takes the time to answer them. I also appreciate the quality of the support staff as well. Well run practice.
